Single Crystal Silicon Intelligent Pressure Transmitter

Beijing Kunlun Coast's independently developed and produced single-crystal silicon intelligent pressure transmitters are resistant to high temperatures, low temperatures, and corrosion. They are suitable for long-distance pipelines in gas, petroleum, petrochemical LNG/CNG applications. The intelligent monitoring system ensures greater safety and accuracy. The differential pressure transmitter's core sensing unit utilizes silicon sensor technology with ±0.075% accuracy, reaching up to ±0.05% platinum-level precision. The micro differential pressure transmitter employs dual overload protection diaphragms, achieving up to ±0.075%. The differential pressure transmitter's working pressure is divided into three levels: 16MPa, 25MPa, and 40MPa, with unidirectional overload pressure reaching up to 40MPa. The differential pressure transmitter optionally encapsulates a static pressure sensor, which can be used for measuring and displaying on-site working static pressure, as well as for static pressure compensation. It offers excellent static pressure performance with superior static pressure error; ≤±0.05%/10MPa. The sensor integrates a high-sensitivity temperature sensor internally, ensuring excellent transmitter temperature performance, with an optimal value of ≤±0.04%/K. It features an all-stainless steel 316L construction with silicone oil filling and welded sealing structure. The micro-range gauge pressure/pressure transmitter uses a non-pressure transmission loss overload protection diaphragm, with unidirectional overpressure resistance up to 7MPa, which is 1166 times the full scale. It is stable and reliable, with long-term drift of ±0.1%/3 years and 10 years maintenance-free. It offers a wide measurement range from 100Pa to 60MPa (expandable up to 60MPa) and an adjustable range ratio of up to 100:1.
